Training is Monday thru Friday 3:30 PM to Midnight

Within Customer Security (Prevention), the Financial Fraud Specialist's primary responsibilities will be assisting our customers and helping to resolve their inquiries. This role requires working an inbound phone queue to answer customer questions or identify potentially fraudulent accounts. You will assist existing customers with fraud claims or fraud declines, verify application attempts with new customers, and review existing account transactions for possible unauthorized activity.

As a front line teammate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers -- it is critical that you help provide them with predictable, compassionate, and timely resolution to their questions and inquiries while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Our Financial Fraud Specialist within Customer Security exhibits strong communication skills,excels at customer interaction, exhibits creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions, and thrives in quick paced and collaborative team environment.
 

 

Skills & Responsibilities

CORE DUTIES:
-Handle inbound customer calls relating to fraud claims,fraud declines, or other inquiries.
-Manually create accounts for fraud victims
-Conduct Knowledge Based Authentication with customers to confirm customer identities and resolve fraud declines.
-Continually monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management of information gleaned from that activity
-Ability to make decisions based on tools for KBA/LexisNexis and Innovis/Risk Research
-Potential for making outbound Fraud prevention calls
-Our Teammates are scheduled on a shift basis. We are a 24 hours / 7 days a week Customer Contact --Center supporting customers globally.We provide training day one with mentoring programs to support our agents in succeeding.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

-Minimum of 1 year of financial fraud/risk experience handling a dedicated queue.
-Minimum of two (2) years' experience within a financial service industry or call center environment.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

-High School Diploma or equivalent
