WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?

 

  • As a CCC Sales representative, you serve as an extension of State Farm agents' offices by quoting and binding insurance products. With a focus on sales and direct contact with current and potential State Farm customers, you are critical to our success
  • Sales representatives work in a team call center environment and are focused on providing remarkable service to customers and potential customers across the U.S.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

 

  • Completing required training programs and all licensing requirements
  • Learning and applying State Farm underwriting and eligibility guidelines to correctly price and bind policies according to established procedures

  • This position may require non-standard work hours or varying shifts
  • Applicants should be willing to work flexible work shifts to meet customer needs
  • In addition to a competitive hourly rate of pay, representatives may qualify for sales-based incentives

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

***Part Time opportunities available serving as first-level contact for inbound phone sales. ***

Compensation: $14.40 per hour with additional sales incentives available based on sales performance.  Shift pay may apply. 

Training is starting Monday September 28, 2015. There are two training class options:

Option 1 - 5:30 am to 11:30 am Monday - Friday (30 hours per week) for 17 weeks through Jan. 23, 2016 

or

Option 2 - 2 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday (30 hours per week) for 17 weeks through Jan. 23, 2016

Applicants must be available to attend all of training to be competitive for consideration.

Selected applicants will be assigned an initial work schedule of 24 hours per week at the time of the final offer.
The 24 hour a week work schedule will include working a full day Saturday and/or Sunday every week and may include working holidays in the future.
Due to the nature of our business, flexibility in the work schedule is needed and future work schedules may change based on business needs.

Spanish bilingual skills desired but not required for this opening. Bilingual pay may apply.

The Customer Care Center - Sales Department is an after-hours and weekend operation driven by our customer demand.
We are hiring part-time employees to start with us on September 28, 2015 in our Papago Operation Center - 1500 Priest Drive Tempe AZ 85285 location.
