MPE Department Manager
Custom construction company in the west valley is seeking a detail-oriented MPE Department Manager who can seamlessly transition between tasks and disciplines. You must have experience with construction schedules, budget oversight and management. Your passion and dedication will be evident as you ensure all work produced by you and your team is held to the highest of standards, nothing less than the best. Clear, concise and professional communication is vital to success in this dynamic role as you will be in direct contact with all levels of employees, business partners and customers.
You will lead and mentor a team of MPE professionals. You must possess a positive attitude with a willingness to offer and assist where needed. Knowledge and experience in all aspects of MPE construction required as we will depend on you to take ownership of all assignments in the department and deliver a quality product. Additionally, you will perform regular quality control checks on employees work.
Working directly with the Purchasing Manager, you will ensure your department has necessary parts and supplies maintained at the appropriate levels and within budget.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience managing and leading others. Coupled with the ability, experience and knowledge to perform quality control checks and repairs for all electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
