The Marketing Concierge serves as a Diamond Resorts International ambassador while interacting with guests & tourists. They provide information related to area attractions & events. They also book various types of reservations and schedule vacation ownership sales presentation tours.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong detailed knowledge of area attractions, events and sites of interest.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Able to type at least 35 wpm.

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

• Professional appearance & demeanor.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.

• Previous timeshare or vacation ownership is a plus.

• Ability to speak other languages is a plus.

Benefit eligible 30 days and paid time off 90 days.

Salary Details

Concierge compensation can range between $50,000 - $80,000 a year in an hourly versus commission and bonus pay structure.

Team members become benefit eligible after 30 days and benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Reimbursement and more.

Paid time off after 90 days, 1 week paid vacation and 1 week paid sick time.  2 weeks vacation after 1 year of service.
