Call Center Appointment Setter

Job Description

International Cruise & Excursions (ICE) is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-spoken appointment setters looking to excel and grow through career advancement opportunities in our Scottsdale, AZ based call center for our strategic corporate partner, Sears Vacations.

Sears Vacations, The Official Sponsor of Family Fun, represents the most recognizable, respected brands in hotels, resorts and cruise lines found in the entire travel industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Contacting leads- the majority of which have requested more information regarding Sears Vacations
Verifying information
Setting in-house appointments for people to visit our Sears Vacations Gallery
Actively engaging with your team to ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
Professionally representing our brand, vision and value at all times
Earning opportunities for continued growth within the organization- some of our best current team leads, supervisors and managers began their careers in our call center

Skills & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Previous success in appointment setting or phone sales or inside sales or outbound sales or B2C sales
High School Degree
Confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals
Must have a neat professional business appearance
Must be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff
Excellent work ethic and work history
Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
Computer literate

Compensation:

Competitive hourly base plus commissions
