We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and well spoke individuals looking to excel and grow in our team-oriented, fun and enthusiastic call center.  

As a Sears Vacations appointment setter, you would be responsible for:

• Contacting leads- the majority of which have requested more information regarding our services
• Verifying information
• Setting in-house appointments for people to visit our Sears Vacations Gallery

AM shift is 8am – 2pm Tuesday through Saturday, Sunday and Monday off.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Must be enthusiastic, energetic and have excellent communication skills with a clear friendly phone voice
• Call Center experience preferred
• Confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals
• Must have a neat professional business appearance
• Must be a team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff
• Excellent work ethic and work history
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
• Computer literate
• High school diploma
• Ability to work mornings or  evenings, and one weekend day
