Responsible for handling incoming inquiries from Ambassadors, Customers, and potential customers. The Representative will enhance company relationships with Ambassadors and Customer by establishing a relationship and rapport. In addition the Representative will be resolving any issues presented by the Ambassador or Customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Builds business relationships with Ambassadors by educating them on compensation, product offerings and expediting sales and return transactions.
• Sets the expectation and first impression with the customer regarding the quality of service that can be expected from Plexus.
• Answers the phone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Determines the action to be taken and if the action is consistent with the company policies and standard.
• Strive for first time resolution.
• Document the resolution and follow up with the customer as needed.
• Communicates effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Enhance company relationships with Ambassadors by answering product and service questions.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Must have a track record of schedule adherence and stellar attendance record.
• Six months of customer service experience and stable work history.
• Proven ability to resolve problems by asking questions to get to root cause of the problem.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Microsoft office
• Excellent Customer Relation Skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand directions presented orally or in writing and to communicate with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
