As a CR you will perform the following:
• Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests
• Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage
• Document all calls in First American’s system FALCON
• Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries
• Create work items from Claims and/or work orders
• Cancel or re-open claims or work orders
• Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order.
• Handle various dispatch activities
• Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
• Be given the chance to progress through the organization at a rapid pace, depending on your aptitude and open positions

Bilingual Spanish a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent
Typically 2+ year's customer service in a call center environment
Good listening, verbal and written communications skills
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow-up
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Working knowledge of basic PC/windows environment
Compensation commensurate with skill set/experience
