Job Description

As a Solutions Specialist, you'll use your exceptional knowedge of and passion for technology, professionalism, and people skills to create the ultimate in-store experience. That means impacting and improving our customers' lives by delivering personalized solutions, equipping them with powerful devices and providing recommendations and product demonstrations. You'll also build our customer base and foster long-term relationships by providing superior service and proactively contacting to ensure they're getting the most out of our products and services.

Skills & Responsibilities

We look for candidates that have high energy, a passion for technology, great communication skills, ability to work in teams, are coachable, motivated, and customer oriented. A college degree is preferred, but not required for this position. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus but, again, is not required.

Salary Details

Arizona Solutions Specialist

Base salary: $25,256 per year

Target commission: $15,500 per year

Potential Customer Experience Incentive: $2,000 per year.

Bilingual Differential: $1,500 per year

AZ Solutions Specailist total salary: $42,756 - $44,256
