Seeking Experienced Concrete Form Setters, Finishers & Layout (Valley Wide)

Office at 43rd Ave & Lower Buckeye

Compensation: Weekly Pay

Seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters, Finishers and Layout, people with skills to perform residential concrete work. No laborers needed at this time.

Additionally, the candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a variety of other construction skill sets (including but not limited to) cement masonry, carpentry form setting.

Complete understanding of concrete construction including plan reading, layout, design, form settings, concrete finishing. The successful candidate needs to have an understanding of all facets of concrete construction (residential and decorative concrete.)
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, or curbs using a variety of hand & power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs. All products is post tension

Skills & Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Two years related concrete experience as a form setter, finisher and layout.

Understanding and experience with layout and grade for concrete placements
Ability to work weekends as needed.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job site (only applies for some crews)
Must be physically able to perform labor intensive duties in the heat.
Must be willing to work various hours with a can do attitude. Must have keen attention to detail and be satisfied with only a high quality level of workmanship.
