WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?

  • Serves as first level contact for basic and routine customer service inquiries and problems
  • Uses multiple applications to gather the necessary information and notify business partners regarding messages, inquiries and claim reporting

Salary Details

The Customer Response Center is an after-hours and weekend operation that supports a 24 hour, 7 days per week work environment driven by our customer demand.  We are hiring part-time employees to start with us on June 9, 2014 at our Papago Buttes Location, 1500 N. Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ.

Selected candidates will attend 7 weeks of paid training from June 9 to July 26, Monday through Friday from 5:30AM - 11:30AM.  Candidates must be able to attend all of the mandatory training.  Selected candidates will be assigned an initial work schedule at the time of the final offer.  The work schedule is a set schedule of 24 hours per week and will include working a full day Saturday and/or Sunday every week and may include working some holidays in the future.  Due to the nature of our business, flexibility in the work schedule is needed and future work schedules may changed based on business needs. 

The hourly pay for this position is $12.90.  Shift pay may apply.  Our compensation programs are always evolving and are subject to change.

A 12 month incumbency period is required for selected employees.
