Money Radio 1510 & 99.3 FM (KFNN-AM) is seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Account Executive who can generate significant new radio advertising business in the Phoenix metro area.

We are looking for the next big earner for Money Radio. We've been a successful station in the Valley of the Sun for over 25 years. We are the longest independently owned and operated radio station in the Valley, and we pride ourselves on our flexibility and a cooperative work environment. Whether you have past radio experience or not, we are looking to add the next perfect fit to our staff.

We can teach most of the radio specific part - we want someone who is mature enough to represent the company in front of professionals and close business. Have you had sales experience in the real estate, finance, insurance, and/or accounting industries? Your comfort level in these areas is a big factor in determining your ability to get started quickly with us.

We will consider applicants who can demonstrate success in the development of new business. Prior broadcast or media sales experience will move you up the list of candidates. We are looking to fill an entry level Sales Account Executive and possibly an experienced Sales Account Executive.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate and plan daily sales calls in the Phoenix Metro area;
• Manage and maintain client accounts that you represent;
• Write copy and coordinate production of ad copy as required;
• Achieve revenue and sales goals;
• Collect on local accounts on a monthly basis;
• Conceive and execute written proposals;
• Create advertising campaigns and marketing strategies for potential clients

JOB STATUS

Full-Time (40-hours per week)

- Location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Compensation: Monthly Draw (varies depending upon experience) against commission

Skills & Responsibilities

Skills / Requirements -- Two to four years' experience in an outside sales environment.

• We prefer someone with a college degree but will consider all experienced applicants.
• 3-5 years' experience in a direct sales environment preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a work environment with varying levels of activity
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Confidentiality required
• Business attire

Salary Details

Your salary and compensation is dependent on your experience, but we offer a fair base and a very competitive commission structure.
