Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

  • Answering phones giving exceptional customer service to aid in retention of accounts and avoid cancelations
  • Filling customer orders and fielding inbound sales calls
  • Running schedules for routes
  • Organizing routes for optimum service and timeliness
  • Coordinate activities for all company departments: owners, sales teams, multiple technicians, and supplementary office help

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Experience in a phone based role preferred

  • Geographical knowledge of Maricopa County/Greater Phoenix communities and knowledge of the traffic patterns in order to schedule commitments for customer needs

  • Good administrative and technical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately while on phone to document calls

  • Proven organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to balance several tasks with ease while having a focus on quality

  • Sales experience with ability to overcome objections helpful

  • Ability to be at work when scheduled.  Phones are ON 8am – 5pm.  No expectation of any scheduled time off from April thru September as this is high season for this business

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Majority of time required to sit.

  • Majority of time using hands to finger, handle, or feel.

  • Majority of time required to reach with hands and arms.

  • Required to talk or hear;  in person and on phone

  • Finger dexterity required. Major Computer work.

  • Hand coordination required.  Typing abilities.

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus

Salary Details

Starting Wage of $26k-$30k/yr. Raises based on efficiency and performance. Must live within 20 miles of Cave creek Rd/Cactus Rd, closer is preferred.
