Our customer services representatives will be working in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where they will provide troubleshooting and technical support services to existing customers. No sales or cold-calling required!
Customer service is key, so we encourage those with strong CSR backgrounds to apply. We offer a casual working environment with a strong team atmosphere and excellent growth opportunities. Morning and Evening shifts available to allow flexibility with prior commitments. Medical, Dental, And Vision provided within 30 days of start date. All positions are full-time!
Skills & Responsibilities
Must have basic computer proficiency: computer navigation, troubleshooting & hardware knowledge
Ability to pass Drug and Background Check
Available to Work Weekends and Holidays
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
