Job Description
Mission
Foster and lead the customer relationship through the lifecycle of building a solar system on their home with the goal of achieving the highest level of customer experience satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
• Resolve concerns and overcome obstacles to going solar
• Partner with cross-functional departments to accomplish mutual objectives
• Accurately enter customer information into CRM database
• Other actions and assignments as assigned
• Communicate and share best practices
• Attend company and departmental meetings as directed
• Participate in ongoing training, development and certifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, call center environment
