The Aetna One® Advocate model – launched in January 2018 – is a high-touch, high-tech member advocacy service which combines data-driven processes with the expertise of highly trained clinical and concierge member services. This model is designed to meet each member at every aspect of their health care journey. We do this by viewing each member holistically, not just treating the reason for the call. This attention to personalized health helps the member change behaviors to achieve their goals and increases engagement.

We have a new 101,000 square foot office in Chandler, Arizona that includes a gym, relaxation room, collaboration rooms, Modern Cafe and Game area!
